American Kratom Association
The American Kratom Association has been heavily involved with trying to overturn the kratom bans across the nation. This organization has gone the extra mile for the kratom community. The AKA has put in place GMP regulations for vendors to comply with. While they are not mandated, for a vendor to be endorsed by the AKA they must follow these regulations. The KCPA has already been adopted by Utah, Arizona, and Nevada. Other states are considering this act but have not yet taken the steps to get it in motion.
